FAQ's:

Is there such a thing as "triple or double scented" candles?
NO! Candle wax can hold only a certain amount of scent per pound. If you exceed that amount the fragrance oil would work its way out of the wax and rest on top of your candle.

Is it true candles have a memory?
Yes it is true. When you burn your candle for the first time allow your candle to burn until it has a complete melt pool from edge to edge (for our large jar candles, approximately 3hrs) In addition, keep the wick trimmed between each use to 1/4" at all times. If you follow these two simple candle rules we guarantee a long lasting and cleaner burning candle.

Do all candles have cotton wicks?
No! Some Candles contain lead. Cloud Nine Fragrances uses cotton wick because they are a safer and cleaner option. Some companies use wicks that contain lead which can be harmful for your health.

Is trimming my candle wick that important?
YES! Keeping your wick trimmed is very important. The wick should be trimmed to 1/4" roughly every 4 hours of burn time. To trim your candle wick, simply extinguish the flame, when the candle has reached room temperature, simply trim the wick to 1/4" before relighting. *Trimming the wicks will keep the candle burning without any black soot and it will give your candle a longer burn time. If you burn candles often, you may want to consider purchasing a "wick trimmer" tool.

Happy Burning! :)
