Yes it is. All transactions using a credit card on this site are processed in real time by the bank. Your personal details are not even seen by anyone here at Cloud Nine Fragrances. This website uses a safe and fully encrypted software package that means your details cannot be accessed by anyone else. Check for the little locked padlock in the toolbar in the bottom right hand corner of your screen or next to your URL browser bar.

What are your delivery times?
All orders placed Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 1-2 business days, subject to all stock being available. We use a courier company, Startrack and Sendle for all our deliveries so you can expect to receive your goods within 1-7 business days depending on your location in Australia. All parcels are able to be tracked and will require a signature to receive them so please ensure you provide a delivery address suitable for you to receive it during business hours. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How much do you charge for postage?
We charge a flat rate charge of $9.95 Australia wide. Express Shipping is also available. If your order totals more than $99, we offer free shipping.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer pick up services at this time.

How can I add items to an order I have already placed?
Have your customer number ready and call 03 8787 5099 during business hours (EST). We can only add items if your order has not already been shipped.

What if I need to send an item to multiple destinations? 

You will need to place individual orders for each destination. This will allow you to enter the delivery details of each person correctly.
